建築風格復古。很喜歡！酒店乾淨衞生，出門過了鐵路就是沙灘……很漂亮。服務很好……酒店房間不多，但是服務人員多！酒店的早餐，午餐和晚餐還是很好吃的……特別是咖喱雞飯！度假發呆很不錯的選擇！

We stayed at some exceptional places whilst in Sri Lanka but this was surely one of the best. We had been touring for a week beforehand and wanted to relax by the beach for a few days before flying home. The Muse was the perfect place to do this. The staff were very helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. As for the chef ...well his meals were outstanding - the best we'd had on the island. A big thanks to all the team for a memorable few days with you.

Upon arriving at the Muse we were really impressed; beautiful hotel in a picturesque spot. The train that passed the hotel was not in the slightest off putting and our children loved it. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Mike who was very accommodating. That said, we stayed in the interconnecting rooms behind the pool. The rooms were very spacious and appealing to the eye however throughout our stay there was an awful smell of drains and sewage. We also had a few issues with power cuts and when the air conditioning was switched on we could smell smoke and rubbish, which I assume came from staff smoking near the aircon units and bin rubbish presumably. The staff were quick to burn cinnamon to help with the smell and offered us another room however we (2 adults, 3 children) had picked up a sickness bug during our stay and we needed rest. Also with 3 children we required interconnecting rooms only which wouldn’t have been possible if we moved. The smell continued for the duration and we asked the staff daily to burn the cinnamon to help. We paid £2555 for 6 nights and sadly felt that the price did not reflect our stay. Our feedback was presented however our thoughts were dismissed and suggested it could have been dirty nappies.

What a delightful stay at the Muse after a full on tour around Sri Lanka. With only 9 rooms you are made to feel as if this is your home and the staff are your friends...a wonderfully peaceful location with direct access from the garden over the single track railway to the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas provided. Yes I did mention a railway track which runs along the back of the beach..it adds to the charm of the hotel and the trains are really only to be seen/heard at the beginning and end of the day with perhaps 4 during the rest of the time... Food is delicious...breakfasts a daily treat and eating in the hotel for dinner ....the seafood platter was exceptional and as good if not better than restaurants outside. The Muse is small..but perfectly formed!

An oasis of calm relaxation amid the hustle and bustle of Bentota. Service is 2nd to none. The food is excellent, served on our room terrace or in the covered open air restaurant by the pool. Private beach with plenty of sun loungers. Access to their sister property next door with a perfect pool. The staff are the stars.

This hotel was the perfect stay for us for 2 weeks. My husband had a shoulder op before we arrived, so we needed somewhere that would be relaxing, near the beach, chilled out, and would be a safe place to be stress free. The Muse ticked every single box. The team here is phenomenal. They were on hand at all times, very attentive without being intrusive. Delicious breakfast served every morning by the fabulous Maheth on our patio area, he made sure we had everything we needed, even my own special milk. Every afternoon, we had stunning tea or coffee with homemade pastries, and their dinner menu was pure perfection. Our very comfortable room was VIP with the jacuzzi, which was my sanctuary. Whilst my husband rested, I lazed in there reading and let the stresses slip away. The beautiful clean beach is 2 mins walk, always a free sunbed & a member of the team who brings ice lollies. The room cleaners were on hand for everything, nothing is too much trouble here. The management and team are probably the best I have ever experienced one even entertained us with his dancing, thankyou The Muse, highly recommend to everyone

Dear reader, an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect staff. Chefs creates lovely breakfast and dinner. Flower garden and private beach. Luxere rooms you feel like you are in paradise. A place you will trully enjoy . Loved our stay here L&A 🍀🥂

The Muse is a super cozy, inviting place with a relaxing vibe . The property is very well maintained and the staff are extremely courteous and eager to please . Key highlights of our stay were the welcome passion fruit and basil ice lollies , the scrumptious Sri Lankan curry meals with beetroot salad and other accompaniments, the egg hoppers , the salted caramel icecream…. I must add that everything on the menu was simply delicious ! The cute bags to carry your essentials around , the chillax bar/ music area between the pool and the rooms, the very useful clothes dryer outside every room and how can I forget - tea and freshly baked cake service at the beach!!! They spoil you and how ! Thank you team Muse / Nyne for a very memorable holiday stay 🙏🏻🙏🏻😀😀

The Muse property is cosy and private, ideal for couples or travelling with a baby or toddler. Having visited several times for weekend getaways and special occasions, we have our favourite terrace room. It is the perfect spot with its own balcony, sun bed and mini dining area facing the ocean. The Bentota beach is wide for long sunset walks. Like all Nyne properties, the food is simply divine, especially the Italian-inspired dishes and desserts. Service is on point, welcoming but not intrusive. We love the magical Muse and have never been disappointed!
